Deming PDCA cycle is also called ring, quality management expert Dr. Dai Ming the United States first proposed, it is total quality management of scientific procedures to be followed. Total quality management activities of the whole process is the quality of the plan and organize the process of implementation, this process is in accordance with the PDCA cycle, keeps rolling operation.
PDCA is the English word Plan (Plan), Do (implementation), Check (check) and Action (action) the first letter, PDCA cycle is to follow this order of quality management, and the cycle than to carry on scientific procedures.
The operation of total quality management activities, can not do without management cycle of rotation, that is, to improve and solve quality problems, catch up with advanced work in all scientific procedures using PDCA cycle. Both improve product quality, or reduce the nonconforming product, have to go, the objectives, that is, to what extent improved quality, lower reject rate how much? PDCA cycle has three characteristics:
